Learn short yoga sequences that can be done at work or at home using the comfort and support of a chair. Chair Yoga is a good way to get some movement in during your work day.

Classes will conclude with a guided meditation to calm the mind and relax the body, leaving you ready for your evening (plans.)

Stefanie London is a certified yoga teacher, with an special interest in making the practice accessible and meaningful to diverse populations.

This is a series of 4 classes, on a drop-in basis - come to one or come to all of them!
