Do you have old children's Halloween costumes that you won't use again? Outgrown but in good shape? Bring them to the West Branch Library any time we are open between October 7th and 18th. You will be put down for one ticket for each costume you bring in. On the day of the swap you will be given the tickets and will be able to exchange them for another costume of your choice.
