New Year: New Job- Managing Stress During Your Job Search

Join us for our "New Year: New Job" series of workshops. This four-week lunchtime series presented by Ilene Rudman, owner of Career Vision Associates will help you manage stress while searching for a job.  

 Each week will focus on a different topic including:  mindfulness/meditation, guided visualizations, breathing exercises, affirmations/cognitive restructuring.  Participants
are invited to register for as many sessions as they would like, and are encouraged to attend as many as possible.

Learn more about Ilene Rudman:  Currently a career counselor/coach and psychotherapist in private practice, Ilene was formerly a career
counselor at Radcliffe College and designed employment and training programs at the state and National levels and work for the outplacement and corporate relocation industries. Ilene holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University with a health concentration; was trained at the Mind/Body Clinic; and is a long time meditator. Ilene also completed a Masters of Public Administration degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government with a focus on employment issues. 

Ilene's commitment as a coach and career counselor is to help individuals find meaningful work,
uncover their purpose, and identify the opportunities by which they can contribute to the workplace, to their own growth, and to society.
