Kids: Pop Up Art School: Axolotl Painting

Paint an adorable smiling axolotl in Kawaii style with Pop up Art School. During the class you'll view pictures of axolotls and learn fun facts. An axolotl, is a Mexican amphibious salamander. Axolotls never outgrow their juvenile stage, a phenomenon called neoteny. They have a mane of feathery gills, webbed feet and their mouths are upturned in a sweet smile. Registration required. Spaces limited. Open to ages 8-12. This program is part of our grant-funded accessible art club for kids.
