Are you unsure of  how to stand out from your competition during a job interview, especially now that interviews are often conducted virtually?  Prior to COVID-19 companies were implementing phone and video interviews as part of the hiring process.  Now, virtual interviews are becoming commonplace.  Join us for this free workshop with employment specialist and career coach, Gary Gekow to learn tips that will help you be successful in your job search.    This virtual job interview workshop is part of our New Year: New Job series and will be offered via Zoom.  It is free and open to the public but space is limited so registration is required. It will cover:

  • Ideal locations and conditions for conducting the interview
  • Importance of body language
  • Overviews of commonly used interview technology
  • What to wear 
  • Strategies to build your confidence

Learn more about the instructor:  Gary Gekow is a senior employment specialist, career coach, and owner of Resume Your Career.  He has 30 years of recruiting and employment services experience in the New England staffing industry.  He partners with job seekers from the Greater Boston area across a wide range of specialties and assists with a variety of employment search strategies including resume creation, interview coaching, LinkedIn profile branding and career counseling.
