Celebrate the height of the salt water fishing season with your own custom lure! Join the Peabody Institute Library (82 Main Street, Peabody) in the Creativity Lab on July 24th at 3PM to paint and resin a custom lure. Now that the biggest stripers have arrived they are hungry for anything that pops! Create a realistic mackerel to entice the biggest stripers or a funky effect to catch a fisherman. Learn how to install hardware and make the lure fishable. Give it to your favorite angler or cast for striper and feel the ultimate thrill of catching a fish on a lure you've made.
