CANCELED - Tales about Tails: The care and feeding of pet reptiles RESCHEDULED

Monday, July 126:30—8:00 PMCourtyardMain Library82 Main Street, Peabody, MA, 01960

Kick off summer reading with PIL by meeting some pet reptiles!

In this one-of-a-kind program, reptile owner and expert Yael Zabka will show off some of her beloved pets and tell tales about them, as well as answer questions about the care, feeding, and maintenance of house reptiles. She'll tell us what it's like to keep reptiles as pets, and why, in her opinion, they make better pets than even her dogs.

This program includes LIVE animals, and as such, attendance is limited to ages 10 and up (even with a parent).  Yael is happy to show off her reptile friends, but we ask that for everyone's safety, touching, petting, or otherwise disturbing the animals will not be allowed.

In attendance will be: Voltron the Argentine Tegu, Ham Sandwich the Blue-Tongued Skink, and Chickpea the Hermann's Tortoise.
